¿Cuáles son los requisitos para un matrimonio civil?

A) Cédulas de Identidad de los contrayentes.
B) Acta de Divorcio (si han sido casados anteriormente). Costo extracto de acta RD$ 400 pesos
C) Acta de Defunción (si se tratare de un viudo o viuda). Costo extracto de acta RD$ 400 pesos
D) Acta de Nacimientos de los contrayentes. Costo extracto de acta RD$ 400 pesos
E) Dos (2) testigos por lo menos. De los testigos, dos (2) por lo menos

G) Si la pareja va a contraer matrimonio bajo el régimen legal de la separación de Bienes es obligatorio entregar al Oficial del Estado Civil el acto auténtico instrumentado a estos fines, el cual debe estar registrado y debidamente notificado. Este acto debe ser levantado con anterioridad a la celebración del matrimonio.
H) En los casos de extranjeros, acta de nacimiento, pasaporte, si el mismo está en castellano y consigna el estado civil como soltero(a) no es obligatoria la presentación de la constancia de soltería. Para los demás casos, constancia de soltería expedida por el Registro Civil del país de origen o residencia de éstos.
Nota 1: En el caso de los extranjeros, toda documentación que presenten deberá estar legalizada y apostillada del país de origen. En caso que se trate de un país que no sea signatario del Convenio de la Apostilla de la Haya la constancia de declaración debe estar legalizada por la autoridad consular dominicana acreditada al lugar donde fue expedida.
Si el documento no está escrito en castellano debe ser traducido por un intérprete judicial y legalizado por la Procuraduría General de la República y la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores. En algunos casos la traducción puede ser hecha en el mismo Consulado Dominicano. Algunas Delegaciones Diplomáticas acreditadas en territorio dominicano reciben la declaración de soltería de sus ciudadanos. En el caso de los ciudadanos extranjeros cuyo país de origen y residencia no tiene relaciones diplomáticas con la República Dominicana, esta declaración de soltería puede ser hecha ante un notario público dominicano, debiendo estar legalizada por la Procuraduría General de la República.
Nota 2: En los casos de ciudadanos Italianos, no debe dispensarse el edicto, debiendo fijarse el mismo en lugar visible de la Oficialía tres (3) días antes, por lo menos a la fecha en que se celebrará el matrimonio. Se levantará una constancia en ese sentido.

taught and died in Alexandria, Egypt in 415 AD.
She is considered one of the most important, if not the MOST IMPORTANT
most important, philosopher of her time.
1.Most likely born in 355 AD, she was martyred at the age of 60
2.by a mob of fanatical Christians,
3.who hacked her to death with shards of pottery or sharp shells and then burned her scattered and bloody limbs.
To this day, historians disagree as to whether the causes of her murder
1.were religious or political,
2.with the latter tending to be the most prevalent.
